By Cheri Roberts, Challenging the Rhetoric

Today NBC Nightly news’ anchor Brian Williams admitted that the story he and the network have been telling for years …  is a lie. Brian Williams was never on any helicopter in Iraq that was hit and forced down by RPG fire during 2—3’s Iraqi invasion.

Crew members of the 159th Aviation Regiment’s Chinook said Williams was never in nor anywhere near the event in question after Williams had once again repeated the claim last Friday during coverage of a live public tribute for a retired Soldier at a Rangers hockey game.

Shame on you NBC and Brian Williams. Liar liar pants on fire.
